4. Price, payment and service provision

4.1 Prices for services provided by Summit Digitals will be outlined in the service agreement between Summit Digitals and the client.

4.2 Payment terms and methods will also be detailed in the service agreement.

5. Our action-based guarantee

5.1 Summit Digitals guarantees results based on agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the service agreement.

5.2 If Summit Digitals fails to achieve the agreed-upon KPIs, the client may be entitled to a refund or credit as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Cancellation of order & refunds

6.1 Clients may cancel their order for services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.

6.2 Refund policies will be detailed in the service agreement and may vary depending on the nature of the services provided.

7. Foreign taxes, duties and import restrictions

7.1 Clients are responsible for complying with all foreign taxes, duties, and import restrictions related to the services provided by Summit Digitals.

8. Dissatisfaction with the Services

8.1 Clients who are dissatisfied with the services provided by Summit Digitals should notify us promptly to discuss potential resolutions.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Summit Digitals makes no guarantees regarding the success or performance of the services provided.

9.2 Summit Digitals is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Your Material

10.1 Clients are responsible for providing any necessary content, images, or materials required for the execution of the agreed-upon services.

11. System Security

11.1 Summit Digitals employs industry-standard security measures to protect client data and information.

12. Acceptable use Policy

12.1 Clients must adhere to Summit Digitals' acceptable use policy when using our services.

13. Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 Summit Digitals agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client's consent.

14. Your email address

14.1 By providing your email address to Summit Digitals, you consent to receive communications from us related to our services.

15. Indemnity

15.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Summit Digitals harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the client's use of our services.

16. Miscellaneous provisions

16.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Summit Digitals and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.2 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
